Robbie

If Robbie was to walk out, it really shows deeper issues within the club. The much publicised and ridiculed management by the board to let it's two marquee players leave, and once again before their contract is up. But also a culture that doesn't attract and sustain the game's biggest names.

Once you get stuck in a rut, it's very hard to dig your way out. Look at the basket case that Parramatta is. No one wants to go there. Numerous marquee players and big names have pulled out of deals. I worry we could become the same, which is a scary thought considering only two years ago I thought we were truly building towards something great

I agree if robbie WANTS to leave then go. The sad part is, its players like him who are proud, never say die, black, white and gold bleeding warriors, that make me feel so proud to be a supporter of the club, that have been leaving. If we lose robbie it will be a real shame! Even reguardless of his form.

I really doubt this will eventuate into ANYTHING. Mayer seemed to suggest it was a small 3rd party hiccup and with everything else signed i dont see much room for farah to move. Obviously, if he WANTS to move and requests a release, that's a whole other story.

Yes, the clock is ticking for Mayer. He said to relax and it will be all done by the end of the week (on 2ky last Sunday). Well, today's Thursday and still nothing …......

How do we know nothing has happened?

I am always amused at how you lot go for something simple and see it as something so much more extreme.

Its a paperwork issue.

There's been no evidence to suggest Farah wants to leave the club.

calm down people.

Jeez

I don't think farah has anything against potter, potter has only ever spoken highly of robbie(remember that press conference where he said something like "we have the best hooker in the world" and robbie was next to him).
Farah cannot be seriously angry at potter for cutting benji as his form has been woeful and from all reports robbie is keen on playing with brooks.
Most of all this is farahs club, played all his life here.

It is an issue which the tigers will see too 100%, but it is very similar to beau ryan which scares me (best friend heighno leaves(benji) and beau follows)

Who knows mate ….. Who knows.
Maybe it's all done and they've forgotten to tell us !

To be fair, why would the club advertise that they've finally lodged Robbie Farah's contract?? According to Mayer and Farah's manager there is no issue and all expect it to be finalized shortly. I don't see why the club would advertise this, it's like celebrating your own embarrassing moments. No need to. Get the job done and move on.

Agree. It's a classical case of a mole hill being made into a mountain. We can certainly do without that. Put your trust with Mayer and his word..

calm down everyone. he is the club captain he will re-sign. Wow some people on here going as far as saying "I wont follow this team again"" if he does not sign is outrageous. True supporters are there for the Good times and bad times. We are rebuilding full stop and will take time. Next year will be like this year. Too many rookies.

Can't see him leaving, his manager Ayoub (remember this is the guy who bet on the Tandy/Cowboys match fixing) spoke to the media, probably to shame the club into either pushing it through OR to force our hand into accepting his contract demands to avoid a fan backlash…..sort of like what is happening in this thread.

Why say something is going to be done by a certain time when you don't know for sure if its going to happen ?

Ask Humpty….he was king of saying one thing and doing another

Your week finishes at 5 on Thurs eh?

Got those knives sharpened?

Would three examples be too much to ask ?
Your mate said himself his predecessor was a decent man and a competent one.

1.The most recent main jerseys, "We are going away from the Balmain/Magpies..we want to be Wests Tigers…they then come out with something very similar l to a Balmain 2 V's jumper

2.Leichhardt rd 1 2012..."The only way you'll get in is to become a member"

3\. Ryan, Moltzen, Doust stains, tauber....the list goes on.
