I only caught a snippet on radio this morning but did he mention words to the effect of "no pride in the jersey" aimed at our forward pack? He sounded bloody p***** off, and who can blame him…

Maybe so. But does nothing for team morale.

You can think it. But shouldn't be saying it specially to media. That sought of talk should be for behind closed doors.

How many more dramas tearing Wests Tigers apart? Where is the leadership going to come from for this once proud club?

He has every right to be pissed off.

Tis is his prime years…his last chances to go back to a GF.

And the recruitment around him has meant his peak years are going to be spent with garbage players with no pride.

Lets say it here...he is talking about Blair and Pettyborune. Neither show any passion at all for the jersey. Both are here only because we offered ridiculously over the top wages to them. Neither bloke wants to here. Neither even cares. Blair took it up ONCE in 40 mins. You are not trying if you hit it up ONE time. Pettybourne looked like he wanted souths to win. He didn't put his body on the line once.

I agree with him 100%. Come out and say it - he has probably already said it to them face to face. He is by far and away the best option as Captain. He loves the club and gives 100% every time he pulls the jersey on.

MMM were openly making Adam Blair jokes while Robbie was in the studio. He had three hours to defend him and didn't say a positive word. It is clear he is pissed off…and why shouldn't he be? The club cut long term Tigers to pay Blair. They are paying Blair millions over four years. Farah is not an idiot. He knows Blair doesn't give a crap.

Unless there is a ban stopping players from talking to the media at half time (and seemingly he had already promised he would have) in the heat of the moment he has said what most of us are thinking, so if we are going to keep this sort of thing behind closed doors, then let's not be winging when we ask for answers and get none back..

As for not being the captain, then who might you suggest, that leads by example on the field?

Easy. Woods.

yeah, he definitely needs MORE pressure. The entire forward pack rests on HIS shoulders as a 22 year old. Let's lighten the load and make him bloody captain….
