Roster Breakdown: 2024-2029

HBG love to save a buck unless it applies to their annual salary. There is probably at least 1 decent person amongst them all but they would be no hope of ever getting a real position of power at the club.
It was these kinds of decisions, made by the board with poor judgment, that took us down a dark place before.

I love patty, one of my favourite players, and I hope I'm wrong. But with a rookie coach and a rookie NRL CEO, they needed to go with some experience on this one.

It all comes back to the board - we need to fix it.

In order of priority Tigers have to resign Sam Fainu, Bula, Terell May, Taylan May, Makasini, Turuva, Latu Fainu, Fonua Pole.
We don't have many high priced players outside of Luai however, this will change.

The wisdom of letting TDS and Galvin go is making more sense as time goes by. The only contracts that don't seem value are Toa, Seyfarth but again not highly priced.
If we can nail 6/8 im happy. 2 down 4 to go

Do think Latu is a priority though

TDS especially...was worth a persisting with on the right contract, but he was asking too much too soon.

Galvin, I fear is just not that good. Not enough pace. 1 million locked up in our cap would have been torture and we dodged a bullet.
