hope so mate.if he can sort his head out he,ll be awsume.but there again how many chances has he had. we are so weak in the forwards at the moment maybe one last chance :unamused:
 
There is only so much you can baby sit a player ( Lodge ) , like you said halifax how many chances has he had ? If your motivation isn't enough to remain in 1st Grade and do the right thing after a handful of games don't know what is ?
 
I think when the new rules kick in I think it will be madness not to include a utility that has that has many variations to his game and speed out of dummy half

Early on in the season the last 10 minutes of halves we will see a lot more points scored

One thing I hope JT works on in the off season is making our squad the fittest side in the NRL

Might help overcome not being the most talented , least experienced , smaller sized squads going around

Littlejohn could fit the bill as he runs the ball well and could play dummy half at a pinch

Don't suspensions include trials so they would be OK to play?

NRL sanctioned trials count for Grade 1-2 suspensions….they won't miss Round 1 barring injury....

Now with the new players onboard i think there might be a little shuffle to our best 17\. I really don't rate Justin Hunt and hope we is playing for Kimmorley in reserves.

I want to fit Halatau in but i think we need 3 big bodies on the bench. I can seen Woods playing 60 minutes a game next year and Sue 40-50\. Marty wants to start but he is much better off coming in after 20-25 minutes. We need that impact. I'd be happy if one of the young wingers comes along e.g. Karwin or Addo and put Simona back in the centres and Chee Kam off the bench for Lodge but i can't see it for round 1\. Chee Kam using his size and off load to Simona might be a masterstroke.

That appears the best side we can name on paper.

I like to see Sue start at prop and Taupau on the bench for impact either side of half time.

Like the idea Lovett is not in the 17\. Can not see the attraction with him.

Interesting where Chee Kam plays next year as he can play in the centres or in the back row.

I assume Moses will goal kick next year.

Edwards is a good defender and should protect our halves.

Still short of a quality centre to play along side Simona. Hopefully Seve is the man to fill the role in the near future.

Would swap Taupau and sue depending on who can be more effective for longer but think that bench would provide the most impact. Also think hoeter will be a really good winger, taller, leaner, faster version of nofa, powerful with good leg drive, busts tackles and makes metres after contact

I could see Rankin either blowing away NSW cup and being overlooked and picked up by another side. I expect Edwards will see a lot of NSW cup and Lovett will keep getting picked bafflingly.

Personally I would pick Karwhin on the wing instead of Hunt, and Edwards and Liolevave instead of Halatau and Lovett.
