At the AGM yesterday Sheens said that Lui would be the starting halfback. He also said that he has no doubts throughout the year he may go down a grade as it is difficult for a 19yo to run the team. He says he has discussed this with Lui. He also suggested that Fitzhenry would be on the bench as he can cover so many positions (although he didn't say he covered them well!). He said he would also have three forwards on the bench.

Also the team is announced Tuesdays but I would think it is picked earlier.

He also said Cayless was a few weeks away from reaching the form he had before he left the NRL and that when he arrived here he was out of shape and thats why we got him cheap. He said Flanagan hits hard which is unusual for an Englishman and that he will push for a spot.

Hope it provides some clarity on selections.

i seriously hope he isnt seriously going to put fitzhenry on the bench, we went through this with morris and halatau being utilities, fulton can cover similar positions to fitzhenry so why have 2 people who can cover the same positions, wasted bench spot if this is true

Well if you find ridiculous team selections funny, that's ok. I personally find them sad and aggravating.
