My mate who is a Dragons supporter said Lomax wasn’t going too well with the boot this year. Especially from the sideline.
I hope whoever kicks from them, is worse than Lomax.
Not an issue if we keep them scoreless

Yeah the Dragons form looks alot worse than it really is. They have actually scored more try’s or level to thier opponents a few times this with goal kicking losing them games.

Yep, lost their last 4 but the total they lost them by was 11 points.
Could have won them all with decent goal kicking.

Lets all be honest,the Dragons are a good side,I still dont know who convinced Lomax to change his kicking style that was mentioned in the league circles,but it has been a disaster...Lomax is a very good NRL player and it just goes to show that sometimes the legends of years gone by and the coaches who want to go with the times can get it wrong...
If they left Lomax to play his natural game they would be about 3 more wins than what they have...
I have always been a critic of the rules changes and the coaching structures that have been implemented to go with the CHANGES IN THE GAME,,,hello its rugby league ..play the game how it was meant to be played and it would still have a great backing by fans and supporters...hold the ball,limit the errors,work as a team and not individual brilliance to rely on,support the ball carrier and eventually you win the game,however the way they have designed the game in the new millinium it becomes a lottery,refs calls,bunker calls and captains challenges have changed the game completely,no wonder you have to wonder what happened to the game we all knew and grew up with...but anyway carry on and have a great weekend....go the WTs...

It's a test of attitude and growth as a team today.
They've shown we have the forwards.
We hope we have halves that will deliver more often than they do now.
The backs seem to be starting to believe there is a reason to follow the play more.

I am hopeful for today. We turned a corner last week. Closed out a game....against the 2 x premiers. It is all about attitude. I expect a comfortable win.

Im very hopeful too and very excited but at the same time more nervous than the panthers game. I hope the boys continue with the dominating stats of late with a win

The omens are out today on the morning roam around town to suncorp

- went past a magpie which had a warning sign in the garden “swooping birds” behind it to see another 2 magpies in the tree (they didn’t swoop us)
- walked up abit of Leichhardt st/rd
- walked past Farah restaurant
- went past a bus stop advertising sign saying “hold onto hope”
- had breaky at Tiger Eye food joint
- finished so far with what we thought was a money spider run on my jersey (across the emblem) so decided to put a multi on Twal & Tigers to win.

Haha, us tiger fans absolutely look for anything to suggest we might get a win to keep happy.
However, the money spider story did it for me. So now I also have placed some coin on a Twal try/tigers win multi also.
I might owe you a beer after todays game 😉

Sounds like if we win, Dragons get a new coach and Lomax a new chance. If they win, Lomax will continue to make noise for a release and us with a chance of getting him.
