So in the space of a few weeks, we beat Cronulla in a tight game, Melbourne absolutely hammer us and then Cronulla beat Melbourne just one week after they looked like world beaters that had hit form and would go on a winning run. This is just one example, it’s happening in other games also over every weekend.

Sheesh it’s hard to pick a winner each week, but isn’t it great to see such an open competition? Impossible to know the overall premiership winner, but at this stage, it’s Canterbury’s to lose.

Champion @Flippedy, if you knew my tips each week, you'd see a tragedy.
Definitely weird/hard to pick.

But calling the Doggies this far out, I think there's heaps of footy to go and lots still to unfold.

because they forget they actually need to play half decent to secure a win when not playing the tigers?
lol lures them into a false reality.
There was a stat about 2 years back that every team we played lost the week after.
Conversely that same year every team the Panthers played won the following week.
I think with that perspective in mind your comment is pretty much spot on, I don’t think it is anything to be proud of!

Plenty more examples of the above.
Years past 1 out of the three teams would beat both the others. This year just about every 3 team pairing has Won and Lost agaisnt the other two!

Yeah for sure, not calling the Dog’s as premiership winners this far out, but just as it stands now, it is theirs to lose. No doubt some of the top sides will rise to the occasion in the second half of the comp.

Jeez these two teams are on par with the Tigers. How can t he Broncos have such a rubbish attack with the players they have. What a joke.
