I like the way you have expressed yourself and agree with your comments. If the boys have a dig it could well work out. My issue that I have been saying for the last few years is why we do not improve as the season goes on. We are a team that ends up playing much worse at the back half of the season. I d still don't know why?

Start OK then slide down the table as the season progresses.
It's because of injuries and no decent back ups------depth is crap.
Then mentally switch off as no chance of making the semi's. Then 1% efforts aren't there.
