Yes and the extent of the changes remains a controversial topic.

Those who subscribe to the “tweak” camp believing the foundation is ok v those who haven’t seen enough to warrant saving the existing regime.

And the issue plays out almost week to week.

There’s been a recovery of sorts but good sides don’t get beaten to a pulp like we did v storm. There was speculation there was no simply no path forward this season after that.
I was in that camp at the time and only marginal comfort since.

The disappointment lingers on.

But a couple of players back may assist and I’m not as scared of the panthers as some are.

Litterally 7 teams got pumped on the weekend by 25 plus . Most got pumped 40 plus .
This idea that you have to be shit to lose by soo much in modern nrl isn’t true . The reality is that most games when you lose the initiative, eventually you’ll get it back . But some times the other team is that switched on , and you’re slightly off , the scoreline blows out .
Nearly every team has been pumped this year . Thats not a barometer that it used to be.

Sure, but the score in Storm game was more than a pumping. It was historically cataclysmic. That said, Benji and Co made a recovery of sorts which took the edge off.

But we aren’t getting over the line.

I think many people are now expecting us to keep losing this year. I guess we should do a poll!
