I don't understand the move of Pole to an edge. They tried that last pre season and he was ineffective there. Good mobility and footwork, but can't hit a hole and likes to get the ball early. Also defensively he has some issues which are highlighted out wider.

Hoping I'm proved wrong and he nails that right side, but I can't see it.

I actually think Seyfarth is on the bench to provide some experience when the starting middles come off

He was only really tried on an edge in one trial game against the Warriors when we only had a couple of regular NRL players playing, so not a true indication.
I agree it could be an issue with his lateral movement defensively, but overall I think he has a lot of attributes including good mobility and footwork for a bigger man, that could potentially see him excel on an edge.
