Constantly releasing players early bites us every time we have an injury.

It bit us when we lost Pole with no Klemmer to call on.

It’s biting us now when we have to move Api to half when we released Galvin early.

I have no doubt if we let TDS go early it will bite us within 3 weeks.

Every year we let players in our top 30 go but don’t replace them. I said this before, the only explanation is we can’t afford to replace them.

I have a theory that NRL teams don’t usually win or loose more than about five games in a row. Roughly.
A multi with a couple of wingers has done well for me, twice this year already plus the origin so that’s 3 times.

Few options.

$100 on at 1-12 return $420
$100 on at 13+ return $1044 (sportsbet special playing $10.44).

As long as the tigers win, there is a profit of $220 at worst or $840 at best ..

If we lose, then it's a loss of $200 dollars.

Or instead of spreading the money with the margin, could do $200 at H2H for a return of $568 (profit of $368)... Giving up the potential of $840 if the 13+ gets up but that is a bit of a stretch anyway.. can't see manly crumbling at brooky..

I think H2H is the play at those odds. No need to get greedy and add additional legs.

Twice. First one back in 2023 against the Dolphins at CommBank, and last year at LO against the Titans. Both home games for us so this’ll be the first away win with him at 7 if we pull it off.

We've won 2 from 4 with Api at halfback but one of those was ...

2 years ago we played Manly at 4 Pines at 6pm on a Friday and lost 12-54.

Luai is intentionally sitting out so API can go to hooker and TDS has to play 80 minutes at hooker... And soon realises his best option is to stay here..
