LIVE GAME Round 17v Manly

Live Game Discussion
Yeah this was pre Luai out

I'm glad I didn't jump on earlier otherwise I'd be missing some meat

Waiting for the final team list to be named and thinking the straight H2H or 1-12 is the play (depending on the side)
I only had a $5 multi so I won’t be living under a bridge if we loose.
But I won’t be donating anymore now.
6 in a row is gunna suk. Hopefully Brooksy can win it for us.

Brooksy is more then capable in providing a win for us, make it a big one Brooksy Intercept to win the game will do

Wow, how interesting is TDS being in the starting team. Geez, I hope he has a blinder, probably not with us being a little crappy at times, but here's hoping.

He could of easily put AD at 5/8 and Bird in the centres or similar.

My fear tonight
Manly attacking 10m out
Give the ball to a big guy
Pick out Heath Mason in the line and run straight him !

He will need support
My advice to Heath on diffusing bombs is leave the ground where feasible so they can't tackle you in the air

Our Spine tonight
The only experienced one of the four is
Playing out of position
Nobody's fault but seems as the season goes on our lack of depth starts to bite us badly
No Richo we don't have sufficient depth !

Its a sad indictment and true indication of where our club is at that they cant draw on the reserve grade halfback to come up and fill the void. I know Rome wasn't built in a day but the depth at this club is appalling.

Id be inclined to instruct him to let them bounce if theyre coming down outside the 20...then the rest be prepared to defend that last tackle...inside to 20 he needs to go for it but he needs blockers

My fear is our left edge matching the right in defence with Luai out. He has brought so much to that side, even getting Doueihi hitting.
