LIVE GAME Round 19 vs. Sharks

Live Game Discussion
Does Api have a long ball pass in him?
Curious as I rewatched the first 5mins of our match (yes that’s all I needed) and one of the big differences of the two sides was the width that was played with.
I’m not talking about running the ball sideways with decoys etc, I’m talking about Brailey singing the ball out 15-20m from DH to a hard running back or back rower and then doing the same the opposite way. It seemed tactical as maybe Fitzgibbon noticed we were keen to start a bit tighter in formation in order to get more numbers in the middle ruck and slow them down, not sure but I noticed them capitalise big time by avoiding our middle men in start of their sets.

Annesley says “ got to look after the refs and send a message, to all levels of the game, that refs are sacred and must not be touched ,accidentally or otherwise !
How about we leave the educating kids to parents and keep our game from becoming a haven for snowflakes.

Yes and the same happy clappers will be on here talking shit about how well the squad is training and how fast they look and wow, you should see their muscles! They all look strong and raring to go…..blah blah bloody blah.
and that's before we even hit the sand dunes. :ROFLMAO:

What really annoyed me was Doueihi talking sht recently - before he'd even come back to the side - about how he was going to be a leader and make sure everyone was adhering to the high standards needed...

Ummm... Okay Adam... 🙄
He has to learn to read the attacking opposition's play much much better and learn to/have the guts to make tackles.

He may be a great ball runner/line breaker but if he can't or won't tackle then he's a liability to the rest of the team.
He made an obviously injured and lacking in confidence Lobb on his outside look worse than he actually was.

Leadership??
He needs to produce what he expects from others & lead by example, that means in defence as much or even more so than attack. 🧐
