Im guessing that the game will need to be made up to ANZ Stadium next year?
So possibly next year we will have:
5 ANZ Stadium
4 Campbelltown
3 Leichhardt

Let me assure Tigers Management I will be going to the Concord office personally if this move to Liechardt is happening to vent my opinion…we have ANZ Gold membership and we expect this to be honoured if this is not HONOURED they can stick there memberships up there ARSE for next season!

They owe Ctown an extra game next yr if this is the case.

No they don't. Campbelltown has had 1 extra game played than Leichhardt over its history. This would actually even up the totals.

You're carrying on like this is a Wests Tigers problem..which it isn't
I'm sure ANZ members will be catered for
Take a breath

Just a bit more detail on the number of games at CSS and LO…

In the first 5 years of Wests Tigers' existence, the number of games played at the 2 home grounds was not always even.

2000: CSS - 6; **LO - 7**
2001: CSS - 6; LO - 6
2002: **CSS - 6**; LO - 5
2003: CSS - 5; LO - 5
2004: **CSS - 5**; LO - 4
Total: CSS - 28; LO - 27

Since then, every season has matched up, until now.

This works out well for us we are seeking and should get compo from NRL for breaking our deal with ANZ….moving Roosters to LO is closer for the few chook fans and we should draw a good gate which is all ours
We get a double payday

Gaaaaay. Hate Saturday night games- I work most Friday and sat nights. Idk how they'll make up the ANZ game they owe me- tigers vs roosters near the finals would've got us an absolute fortune at ANZ but now they'll inflate the prices at leichardt.

NRL owes us big time. Such an amateurish management at the NRL.

I would assume that if you had membership (gold, silver or bronze) at ANZ, you might get GA admission to Leichhardt at best. At the start of the year, ANZ Claws Gold was $99 for up to 8 games. Leichhardt Claws Bronze (GA) was already more than this, $110 for 4 games.

How fortunate are Canterbury to have their former CEO Toddy "G" 2nd in command at NRL Head quarters these days…..Wouldn't mind some of that free TV advertising for our sponsors, Lucky Dogs! looks like they get all but one game free to air in the last 6 rounds.

WESTS Tigers are likely to seek compensation from the NRL after agreeing to play the Sydney Roosters in their round 23 clash at Leichhardt Oval on Saturday, August 16, instead of ANZ Stadium.

The club was down to play the blockbuster against the defending premiers at the much bigger ANZ Stadium, but the venue is unavailable on that night due to the Bledisloe Cup clash between Australia and New Zealand.

“We have got some commercial issues in and around marketing and our members with the change from ANZ to Leichhardt for that game that we need to sort through,” a Tigers spokesman said.

“There will be some negotiations in that regard.”

The NRL has released the full draw for the final six rounds, 24 hours after it was due to be issued.

A number of discrepancies were discovered in the original draft draw involving Manly and the Tigers that left both clubs with only four day turnarounds between rounds 23 and 24, a breach of NRL policy, which requires at least a five day turnaround between games.

The NRL have since held negotiations with broadcasters Channel Nine and Fox to iron out the problems.

We should be fully compensated for having to move our game from ANZ as well as for all the costs incurred with hosting at LO
None of this is the clubs doing.
This will be only the third time the Roosters have played at LO
