Twal has to have the awareness of when to stay out of the attack too, it’s his worst trait as a footballer. That has to be coaching. It’s happened for years.
I’ve heard we don't get involved in practising those “silly” basics. Our kicking game has been atrocious, straight down the throat of Dylan Edwards all night!! We made this bloke look better than he altrady is!! Surely we practice 5th tackle kicking during the week
We've been getting outclassed for the past 14 years.Just outclassed by a better team and a team at full strength. No disgrace in that.
It is if that’s your job description !Not out coached if you are not a coach.
It is insane ..the lack of thought put into the end of sets is absolutely astounding..somehow luai amd Benji have watched 10 years of Luke brooks woeful chipkicks to the fullback to end the sets and though “YEAH lets run with that “”” it is doing my head in… and the winger was bought in to contests kicks and contested NONE.. ZIP ZILCH ZERO… Benji really needs to start coaching this team to use their gotdamn heads … no strategy , no contesting kicks… we always under pressureThis is something we need to focus on in the offseason. It's so important to the attack, and it's not just the halves that should be competent, you want a kicking threat across the park. Look at the top team's attack, everything revolves around a kicking game.

Been carrying on about this issue for close to a year now
We had gotten even and probably just got on top in the arm wrestle for the first time, but I was okay with it as it is hard to score against a set line. All good until Tu'itupou decided to not even pretend to play the ball with his foot a few minutes later which gave them possession and the momentum.A lower team should never kick a penalty goal early when they have momentum. It almost never works out well.
Amen brother, perfectly said !Absolutly disgraceful. When a team can not score a try in first grade, that's totally unacceptable. We have an attacking coach, and we have no attack. We have a defensive coach, we can't defend. We have a head coach, and we have no tactical application in the approach of the game. I'm not asking for miracles our squad needs a lot of work, we all know it. We all expect though that the first grade players would be competent and show signs of incremental improvement. This tonight is an absolute joke. Multiple coaches, innumerable players come and go, there's something wrong at the Tigers, I'm totally out of ideas. Iv got no idea, nothing we do seems to ever change anything. So frustrating and pissed off.
Both our halves will continue to look shit while our forwards are getting physically slaughtered. That was pretty soft all around, despite the referees not helping.Latu looks totally lost on the right side. No attacking flair but defensively sound. We are easy to read with only having a single side for for attack. Saw him in the sideline towards the end so was obviously replaced
Your last comment the most relevant !Turuva - decent player, but few mates out there.
Skelton - there's a reason Gould didn't fight for him.
To'a - doesn't stick to the system, lazy most of the time, except the odd occasion he decides to shoot out and collect nothing = opposition try
May - good now because he still has Penrith's system in him. Give him another 10-15 games and he'll become a Wests Tiger.
Tu'itupou - solid, deserves another game at least
Luai - defensively solid, but not providing another in attack. A large part of it is very few player's around him offering little threat.
Latu - see May above - has become a Wests Tiger
May - ditto
Api - speed bump
Twal - if not for the Wests Tigers, he would be a no-name in reserve grade or lower
Seyfarth - ditto
Sukkar - still young, and has no help in this side.
bird - over the hill
Doueihi - if this was american football, he could be a gun. Unfortunately, he needs to defend too in rugby league.
Pole - fallen off a cliff
Hope - reserve grade tolier
Sione - probably been the best middle of recent times
Marshall - played off the cuff. Seems to coach the same way.
