LIVE GAME Round 21 versus Panthers

Live Game Discussion
Twal has to have the awareness of when to stay out of the attack too, it’s his worst trait as a footballer.
Yes he does…but:
Why is Api giving him the ball?
Why isn’t Jarome screaming for it over ruling him? Why isn’t Bula when fresh?
It certainly looks to be a concrete leg of our red zone plays that is practiced and as I said, been a feature for years.

Pathetic
What's this thing with picking Sukkar and Bird
Where the hell is Bula
How benji uses Luai ,Latu and Douehi is not working
Its like Luai is the boss and everyone subservient to him
Latu looks lost and Douehi stuck right out on an edge
ITS NOT WORKING !
Injured....

Seriously how some people remember their address is beyond me!

Doueihi was out of position all game because he was bludging!

No, they are better than us in every facet so generate more penalties because we have to take shortcuts to compete. Also, we need everything to go our way to compete so we’re much more aware of even the tiniest of rub of the green scenarios…there is no conspiracy here
Penrith being better than us and "interpreting" rules are two different things

Tigers were ahead early in the contest, controlling field position until the Izaac penality/handover... That is no fault of the tigers..

Penrith then played the ball 12+ times after this without using their foot and the ball wasnt handed over to the tigers.. they also gained more momentum because they were given set restarts for dubious calls that you could call every second tackle...

The tigers didnt wait till the 20th minute and just decide to play lazy.

The ref started "interpreting"..

I am completely happy to be proven wrong... But after watching almost every NRL game this season and how the rules are applied, I am convinced there is a fundamental issue at the core of the NRL... Whether it's a conspiracy, or by design, I do not know... What i do know, is that it isn't right...

EDIT -- I am not deflecting the issues the tigers have, we have plenty to work on..

Can’t argue. May also gets involved at the wrong moment.

Turuva - decent player, but few mates out there.
Skelton - there's a reason Gould didn't fight for him.
To'a - doesn't stick to the system, lazy most of the time, except the odd occasion he decides to shoot out and collect nothing = opposition try
May - good now because he still has Penrith's system in him. Give him another 10-15 games and he'll become a Wests Tiger.
Tu'itupou - solid, deserves another game at least
Luai - defensively solid, but providing little in attack. A large part of it is very few player's around him offering little threat.
Latu - see May above - has become a Wests Tiger
May - ditto
Api - speed bump
Twal - if not for the Wests Tigers, he would be a no-name in reserve grade or lower
Seyfarth - ditto
Sukkar - still young, and has no help in this side.
bird - over the hill
Doueihi - if this was american football, he could be a gun. Unfortunately, he needs to defend too in rugby league.
Pole - fallen off a cliff
Hope - reserve grade tolier
Sione - probably been the best middle of recent times

Marshall - played off the cuff. Seems to coach the same way.
They need a new coach !

If you watch a replay, checkout Luai blowing a two man overlap on the fifth four minutes after half time. Penrith would have been putting it down under the sticks.

No disagree, the first twenty just showed how much Penrith dominated, their field position was much better then ours, you could see straight away they were winning the ruck and had superior line speed.

And it just got worse throughout the game.
