I don’t think Latu is ready, hasn’t done anything to get his confidence back and he’s not being set up for success.

I rate him very highly but I think he’ll struggle this week and the knives will be out for him.

I would assume this year is a right off. I don't think it's anything to do with Benji's favorites.
Sullivan and Naden are not wanted for next year. Hopefully they get the message and help with the cleanout from management so we can restock with better players. We need to know who is going from the top 30, what's in the kitty, and start a serious shopping spree? Hopefully?
Blooding players for next year appears to be the current objective. Who can step up and what is their best position in the team. Trials for the young ones to show if they can handle the NRL pressure.
Makes good business sense to me.
If the onfield quality of the players being selected in their place was even remotely close I would agree, but when you are selecting players nowhere near the quality of the ones you are leaving out, it’s penalising and making it virtually impossible for the rest of the team to win a game.

💯 why not wait until he is back to his fully confident best before starting him in the halves.

I’m good with this team. My only change would’ve been Faataape out and he’s let us down defensively in recent weeks.

Playing Luke L gives Benji a chance to test how he’ll react after a poor performance. He offers a lot coming out of our own territory and getting the sets off to a good start. If he can remove the concentration errors he’ll be sweet.

Bateman and Klemmer on the other hand have had their chances. Happy for them to sit this week out.

As for Latu, there’s no denying he has talent. This is his chance to show it. Sullivan has had his chance.

You should know by now not everyone agrees about the quality of players.

Best of luck to Latu Fainu, but Sullivan should be in the side.
If learning and improving your game in Reggie’s is important then yes he should be, but as others have said, he and Naden look like dead meat now.
He’s given the kid on the wing another chance, let’s hope they don’t put him on a spit and eat him over there.

Luke L must have some family in this forum with the constant praise he gets after two abysmal performances for both FG and KOE lol one just has to go back and watch what the Warriors KOE team did to this kid under the high ball to know where they’ll be attacking this game

Well, that explains 24 minutes from Klemmer last week.

Doueihi getting scheduled time off the field is pretty smart & responsible from the club.
Or they didn’t want to hurt his alter ego
By telling him he is dropped.
Interesting if and I say IF the Tigers win this weekend what they do the following game with Doueihi.
