Tim Sheens has continually made a big deal how this year will be different as we are chasing the pack and not trying to hold down a top eight spot - well after this weeks games if they go true to form we will be in 8th spot and trying to hold on for the remaining 4 rounds - deja vu works both ways unfortunately.

this has a very much different feel to the last 3 years.

you could feel we were on our way out, this time it feels like we are on our way in.

Para not the doggies or the Titans, depending we are still in the race by then is going to be THE crunch game. If the reports of them getting all there injured players backon deck this or next week are true they will be at full strength when we meet and we all know how we go against them.

Agreed, this is a better balanced side now too, you could see that even when we were losing, our forwards are performing better, importantly our defence has come a long way and there is stability in the halves. A lot of reasons to expect things to be different this year, we are also at full strength which hasn't generally been the case this time of year. No excuses, playing the two bottom sides in the next fortnight and then needing one win from our remaining three should be achievable.

by the time we play parra, we should have our best 17 fit n ready to rumble.
as long as we kick away from hayne we will win.
in broken play the bloke is a freak.
