I think both 5th and 6th will be knocked out next week. Either Cronulla or Tigers can beat Eels and Brisbane will beat Manly. My fearless prediction.

No excuses for sure but I’d rather have been playing a wounded manly. Don’t know what it is but we always seem behind the pace against parra

We can if the Dogs win and we beat Cronulla.
Let’s all cheer the bulldogs tomorrow

Papenhuyzen looks like a bit of a glory player...or he hates Vunivalululu's guts..

Coach should rip into him for that one at HT

Johns sound like me and my mates commentating after a dozen schooners, laughing and joking.

Do you guys also fawn over shirtless players and dream about them?

Interesting- Rorters are millions over the cap but you take a Keary out and they are crap.

The problem with having a billion dollar roster under a $10M cap is that once your million-dollar players go down, Drew Hutchison or Brock Lamb.

One thing I'd like to revisit from Thursday - nobody seemed to comment on the refereeing around the Tetevano off-ball hit on Douehi.

Why did Luke Garner spend 10 mins in the bin for a "late" shot on a bloke who actually had the ball, but Tetevano stayed on for a huge hit on a bloke not even receiving the ball (and therefore not preparing for contact)?

I thought we were supposed to be policing this stuff out of the game, error or not. At least the bloke tackling the passer "late" is actually hitting someone who had the ball.

I wish we could afford to have Latrell Mitchell and pass him the ball 3 times a game..

Yep.....................there is literally ZERO consistency. The refs are a joke because of it.

Be consistently good OR consistently bad = okay. Just be consistent.

Side note: Kane Evans got a week for a shoulder to the head that sent a bloke to hospital....a week. Luke Garner barely touched a player, a millisecond late...got a week.

@jirskyr Yeah but Tetevano is a Rooster. Different rules for them. Plus it's not the flavour of the week. So NRL don't care. Until Cronk or Teddy or Smith gets injured, then they care.
