Actually when you watch Luai at close quarters, he's very ordinary, he made at least 2 mistakes in that match that led to try's... I think he's even embarrassed by the way he's playing.Luai doesn’t want any responsibility in regards to our kicking game and it’s been like that since he started playing with us, not just after signing with PNG.
Nothing to prove apparently.Actually when you watch Luai at close quarters, he's very ordinary, he made at least 2 mistakes in that match that led to try's... I think he's even embarrassed by the way he's playing.
He came from a team that had star players in it to WT's who didn't have any stars to speak of, I can understand that he would be happy to be leaving (even a year early)- at least we will be able to put someone in his place that wants to be there.
Yeah, there were a few other crucial mistakes, especially Seyfarth’s.Luai's mistakes led to two tries.
Once we're free from him, things should tighten up too.
I see that this week Benji was giving his coaching assistants lots of credit.Because we have brain-dead morons like Chris Heighnington on the coaching staff. That oaf isn’t fit to put out the training cones
He adds a lot of aggression and oomph out wide. We haven't had that for a long time.I’d take him over T’oa any day, atleast he has a dig
which seyfarth's mistake ???Yeah, there were a few other crucial mistakes, especially Seyfarth’s.
I can see Benji’s perspective, because Luai’s a $1.2m recruit. However, as he’s leaving, I would have dropped him and continued to give Javon game time to improve his game.
When he and Skelton are on they are really good together on that edge. Both big and strong and Herbert has some flair in his game. Unfortunately, we just don’t see it enough and their bad games have outweighed their good games this season. If they can learn and just get some consistency into their play over the off season, they could be a real threat for us next year.Herbert great in attack, 3 try assists in first half.
At a reasonable entry fee, I love a good zoo animal 🦒Surely people are starting to see the value in Seyfarth. Pure commitment - every club has to have effort players he is ours. No world beater but gives it everything.
Icing. 🧁The Roosters apparently won't get the minor premiership, drop to three and will miss out on a home semi final either having to play the Panthers or the Warriors. It is a costly loss.
I know many don't like the way Benji approaches the post match presser because he deflects all of the time. More often than anything, when we lose it is on him and the staff for not producing and when we win it is about player effort. I think his comment today about his assistant coaches acknowledges the pressure that they are facing as a staff, and his assistants in particular.I see that this week Benji was giving his coaching assistants lots of credit.
50 tackles yesterdaySurely people are starting to see the value in Seyfarth. Pure commitment - every club has to have effort players he is ours. No world beater but gives it everything.
Yeh had made a couple of errors but also had some nice touches. His quick dummy half play led to the attacking play that resulted in Api's try. Made some real good tackles on our try line and missed a couple too that were significant. The big dollars come with scrutiny he has to wear it.Luai's mistakes led to two tries.
Once we're free from him, things should tighten up too.
General play is very good, I can easily forgive a missed 20/40, but his passing has been a problem most of the season. It’s one of the reasons we find it hard to strip numbers on edge. He needs to take a step to deliver the ball and it’s still a slow looping pass.Lots of criticism of Api in that analysis is a bit harsh. I don’t think we win today without him.
