No excuses.....youngest most inexperienced team in the comp BY FAR....led by overpaid bludgers of senior "marquee" players.

We basically just saw a Jersey Flegg team v a more experienced ( though some what depleted) first grade side.

We've seen what the young guys can do when led well & fire....... unfortunately they have been thrown to the wolves prematurely due to injury & the poor form of more senior players.

They’ve been shit for most of the year as well. It’s been a team effort.

Agree, dont understand it. The mentality of the club allowing it- were they even in on what was to be done? Its not a PR op or a crowd faithful pleasing exercise- that can be done any other time but not at the start of a crucial footy game. The coach needed to show he was switched on and he and his staff ready- DID NOT HAPPEN. WHAT WAS THE CLUB THINKING???????????????????????
 
Where does one start, this mob look unfit and absolutely no idea of a game plan look like deers in the headlights when it comes to defending, it comes back to the coach, BM is not a coaches arse the sooner he is removed the better we might go, as for all of the players leaving that big girls blouse who has pretended to play in the number 8 this year don’t let the door hit you on your way out you useless pos….. mind you I’d have money on the door to knock you out
 
We will be better next year off shear talent alone but how many places better I don’t think it will be much. Hurts to hear for others but I have zero faith in Benji being the person to turn it around, he’s not at the right point of his managerial career to turn this group into something serious and that simply can not fly with some of the personnel we’ve brought in and are looking to bring in. Coming off a bye to produce that effort is quite laughable. Young players or not to consistently produce these efforts in games that matter is pathetic and it’s ingrained into the club. I’d be shocked to see us finish higher than 13th next year
