earl i thinks its a combination of bothI'd sort of understand if it was corruption. It honestly think it was incompetence. It's scary that NRL officials can be that bad.
Back to FOX for a cruisy life long gig*crosses himself out. “See ya boyz”
I really am stunned at how they defend… they point at the man with the ball while they backpedal and give the runner time and space to make their play… then they gently try an arm tackle and never throw them to the ground , but hold them up softly … it’s the most ineffectual defence I have ever seen, sometimes they just run in support…. Some of them look like they have no clue that they are playing a tackle game of contact sport… 🤪As soon as an attacking player runs at the defensive line at speed the defence shit their pants. What's with that?
and so consistent at it-across the boardI'd sort of understand if it was corruption. It honestly think it was incompetence. It's scary that NRL officials can be that bad.

cmon Winston, Matamua is a playmaker that needs a team going forward and some runners and clean ball to show his skill.. he was getting terrible ball against a set defence that was 30 points in front… what do you expect from him? A Greg inglis length of the field try or a Brad Fittler and ponga combined player could not create opportunities under the circumstances he was presented with… Matamua can play, but he needs the team to go with him just a little…I have no idea why for the last 2 years this kid was being talked up as the second coming of Christ, he has never produced anything on the field in multiple chances. Cut
It’s another example of how bad our talent identification and recruitment are (or at least were). A slow, under sized centre. Blinded by the tries he scored in the juniors, but no consideration of what attributes a first grade centre needs to succeed (Feledy doesn’t have them). It’s signings like these that ruin our squad. It’s not Feledy’s fault. He just a young guy doing his best, and good on him. I hope he succeeds.Feledy is not going to play first grade again
I thought lauililii had a few strong carries, strong leg drive
That was the most embarrassing shit I have ever seen as a 35 year supporter of the magpies & then the tigers.
Players passing the ball in the in goal area to let the skilfully restricted player score a try is just downright disgusting.
Our players have no heart. They should be forced to apologise to fans
He has talent, but just his lack of desperation was what disappointed me tonight, it was certainly a baptism of fire but he could have put a bit more effort and mongrel in on a couple of situations imo…. Laililli showed a lot of promise, but needs a preseason…It’s another example of how bad our talent identification and recruitment are (or at least were). A slow, under sized centre. Look at the back ups the Broncos and Storm had on the field last night. We are so far behind them and looking at a third wooden spoon next year.
Jedi just keeps digging that hole deeperThe last two seasons we won 5 games from 33 Brooks played in. (15%) Without him we won 3 from 15 (20%). So by that metric we're actually more likely to win without Brooks
My bad. Thanks mateNo. Kepoa has been on the wing coz Nofa pulled out with a sniffle
