Sharks won't make the 8 Gal

Any luck you played your last game big mouth

Not a fan of celebrating injury on any player no matter how much of a flog they may be..

He'd be retired if it wasn't for "supplements" Geo

And every time I think of the Cronulla / Dank situation I think of the whole unspoken "lets just brush it under the carpet " Johnny Mannah situation

Don't get me started again :rant :rant :rant :rant :rant

With 4 Sharks forwards gone I thought St George may have finished of a bit stronger
Still a good result for St George
But took their foot off the peddle

moylan has been horrible

There was one point in the 2nd half where watching it live he appeared to deliberately drop a ball so he wouldn't be hit by a defender rushing up on him. He played like an absolute cat tonight.

To think there was a 50+ page thread dedicated to us potentially signing Moylan with some people preparing to give up their first born for him. Good God.

I'd take him over Lolohea.. His teams not working its just not him.

That said I thought he'd be the better buy out of him & Maloney… Very wrong there

I don't think Tui would have dogged it like Moylan did last night.

How did he dog it?
I'd say the ball Nelson's talking about he took his eyes off the ball… He snatched at it = good dedence

Was at the game Moylan did not dog anything. He was trying

He actually played ok, just some rust and issues with the team not knowing what he is doing.

Is playing better than Tedesco in his new team.

He will come good soon.

Im a Moylan fan and still am. The Sharks are not clicking and he is part of that. Have seen all good players underperform when their team is not going well. Just a good opportunity to stick the boot into players that you never rated anyway.

If the Knights thought that the secret to beating the Storm was being penalised all night so to slow the game down ala The Tigers in Round 2 then they forgot that what actually happened was that we defended for our lives as well.

Agreed. I've read quite a few comments about the penalties against the Knights. Realistically, you are always going to get a torrid time with the referees when you play the Storm. To go in unprepared for this is at best naïve.

I only saw it the once, they didn't show a replay. That was just what I thought when I saw it - he was looking at the man and not the ball and it looked like he crapped his pants and dropped it. He was otherwise not committed in defence and rarely ran the ball. He's always going to look like he's got a bit of class about his play because he's a skillful player but I thought he played like a cat last night. Just my impression from watching the game.

Id take Thompson over Moylan.

God yes! Give me Thompson any day.

I've never really understood the hype surrounding Moylan. Sure he did a few good things when he was at Penrith, but geez he goes missing a lot. I honestly hardly ever see him during games for the most part. He's certainly not someone a team could rely on to give 100% each week, imo. I bet Penrith are more than happy with the swap they made.
