Most overrated player in the game imo.

x 2\. Can't believe Sharks swapped Maloney for him. Folks on he sharks forum aren't happy with him either.

Maloney wanted more money and the Sharks didn't want to pay him. I'm not sure how much Penrith ended up paying Maloney but he has been great the last few rounds. Although he didn't combined well with Cleary. He's going well at 7.

Though Slater is going to go down as one the games greatest fullbacks (if not THE greatest), I always found while watching their games that he is a dirty little grub of a player. I noticed last night he injured another player while leading in with the knees when the opposition scored a try. Something he has done NUMEROUS times.

And that clip there shows he dived twice! Very soccer like. Soon the league will have introduce another rule called "simulation", which in soccer terms is taking a dive while trying to gain advantage (or something like that)..

I always thought somebody would do a montage of all the times slater played dirty or took a dive it would be hilarious, never found one though. It has been a constant tactic throughout his career.

North Sydney Bears

**MATCH REPORT – ROBBIE FARAH THE KEY TO INTRUST SUPER PREMIERSHIP WIN OVER THE KNIGHTS**
April 9, 2018/in Match Reports, /by North Sydney Bears and Image by Steve Little<< Back to articles
Young North Sydney centre Campbell Graham has scored three tries in the Clubs first win of 2018 in the Intrust Super Premiership against the Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle.

In a match that featured **classic Robbie Farah touches, with an astute kicking game and selective passing, the Bears dominated the first half against the Knights, with a 22-0 lead at halftime.**

Farah was instrumental in guiding the Bears around the park, consistently turning the Knights around and keeping the Bears on the front foot, and played the full 80 minutes after being unable to train during the week due to illness.

The Bears showed maturity and clinical precision to beat the Knights, with only 4 handling errors in the first half.

Defence wins matches, and the Bears were ruthless in defence and were able to contain the Knights attack, limiting them to only 10 points during the match.

This Saturday is the Bears first home game. North Sydney Oval will host all three grades [Intrust Super, Harvey Norman Women’s & Jersey Flegg] with the ‘Jason Taylor Cup’ to be contested between the Bears and the Western Suburbs Magpies.

NORTH SYDNEY BEARS 28 (tries: Campbell Graham 3, Connor Tracey, Jacob Gagan, conversions: Dean Hawkins 4),
defeated NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS 10 (tries: Tom Starling, Jacob Saifiti, conversion: Jack Cogger).

Only time I'll be cheering on the raiders, hope they put a score on the eels!

Paul Green needs to decide his future.

his players are not putting in until he does.

He’s resigned with cowboys for three years - back page of tomorrow’s Telecrap

I just heard that. Very funny it took another loss for that news to break.

Hopefully they concentrate on footy now.
