The leg ups Penriff get aren't even subtle. Its just straightt out blatant cheating on the part of officials. Raiders got pinged twice for being in the 10 when defending on their line - at the other end Dylan Edwards standing a metre in front of the line directly in front of the ref on two occasions - play on - absolute cheat.
