We finished round 7 with the best defence of all the bottom 8 teams.
Granted we are 2nd last in attack. Though we we have scored over half our points in the last 2 weeks.
Fingers crossed we are up for the dragons game. I think them winning today will keep them hungry and will consequently keep us focused.

These high shots that the bunker let go today/tonight should cost some people their jobs tomorrow.
Tupou‘s tackle on Ravalawa was a send off. Hit him in the head with a classic coat hanger style tackle. It wasn’t just reaction, he went high on purpose and stuffed it up.
The tackle on Remis Smith was also a send off. Drove his shoulder flush into his eye socket, with force and at speed. Smith had to leave the game because of it.
The precedent was set last year, why the hell did the bunker fail to act?

It looked as though Tupou tried to go for the ball as Mikalee has a habit of carrying it high and up around his head. Maybe he doesn’t do that by accident.

Unfortunately so are we and the way I see it St.George have more depth to fall back on and we have bugger all. Wasn't expecting St.George to win this one, in fact was hoping they would lose by enough for us to jump up another position on the ladder.

Having said that, St.George always seem to lift for this Anzac Day game regardless of where they are on the ladder and hopefully it's the crappy St.George that turn up to play next week and we win to make it a very rare 3 in a row.

Warriors did well in the first half but always expected Storm to run away with it in last 20 minutes.

Storm started 10 or 15 minutes earlier than I expected.

I think we as a club need to consider legal action for plagiarism. Too many clubs stealing our material. First Souths concoct a boneheaded field goal set that concludes with a second rower taking a worm burner (classic WT play) and now the Warriors completely forget how to play football for 35 minutes and somehow let in 10 tries. That’s our gig thanks very much!!

I know I'm dreaming but wouldn't it be nice if we put all that sort of stuff behind us.
