I'm honestly saying this as a big fan of Luai as a person, and a big fan of him as a player - mostly at the Panthers - for us he has done SFA. Yet.

I am by no means giving up on him, but what we had was WORKING and WORKING WELL.

Everyone keeps talking about who’s out . But if we had thier backline 1-7 I would have been stoked these past few years . And that pack even as is right now is still good .

Well the only consolation if we lose is only the Warriors will pip us unless we lose by 30+ & one of the teams on 8 points now scores 30+. We SHOULD end up 3rd if we lose, but hopefully the boys lift and MADDEN gets on early in the 2nd half.

Yup Benji wouldn't - but when you're handed an easy way out with Luai suggesting it to him... could have easily started him on the bench.

Would have been much better for Luai himself with a lot less pressure.

We start poor > send Luai in.

We start well > send Luai in.

Neither outcome has a negative impact on either player.
