Cant help feeling the Warriors are a bit overated
Live Ladder at half time has them in 2nd place on the ladder with a negative for and against .Dont recall anyone that high and still negative and that's despite winning the 1sf half 16-0 .
I actually think they are underrated. Keep in mind they have been severely understrength all year, even when we played them. Yet they are finding ways to win and are now 5-2, having beaten some real quality sides. Only last week they beat a full strength broncos team last week that just smashed the table topping dogs without 6 of their starters (DWZ, RTS, JFH, CNK, Berry, etc). We'd be so screwed if we lost 6 of our starters against anyone let alone Brisbane.

That game we lost to them still pisses me off. If May controls that ball and scores the try we win comfortably imo

Just when we thought head-slamming Latrine might finally play more than 10 games in a season Souffs could be paying for yet another holiday in Taree.

I love how if Mitchell Moses tackle to save a try on Luke L head would be a sin bin this week, we will get screwed over again

I’m inclined to think the other angles would have looked pretty bad and required a send off or demand for a higher grade from the judiciary. Limited vision means less scrutiny so he can continue to be a protected species.
In all fairness though where was Mitchell supposed to go ? The little bloke was falling at the time

9 sin bins across 4 games is just crazy and a joke. The nrl has really lost control of the rules and I don't know how they course correct right now...

The tackle was late and high

The rules don’t allow for ‘situations’ as the tackler holds all responsibility

At least that’s how it’s explained unless a different outcome is preferred by the powers in charge

I normally can’t stand Latrell Mitchell but I think it was a tough call on him last night. When a player drops down that low really hard to avoid. Despite his poor record a fine at most imo.

You didn’t answer where he was supposed to disappear too , maybe Mitchell was meant to sidestep 😂

Too many people that have never played the game making decisions. If a player drops the defender is already committed. Penalty is sufficient. Suspension and sin bin is for reckless or intentional foul play. Bush league the NRL run by lawyers

His meant to not hit someone in the head (and late)
Most high tackles are unintentional, but under the rules all tacklers hold the responsibility. Unfortunately latrell has proven a number of times to have trouble tackling below the shoulders irrespective. of circumstance.
So it is reasonable for latrell to be treated the same as others.
