The crack down on the play the board has been put back in The cupboard. All four games there were some very dusty play the balls with teams trying to get a ultra fast ruck. This will effect us, as our defence is very good against a slower ruck speed, but if it is fast we have all sorts of problems like Newcastle exposed last week.

And the 10 meters has gone out of window again.
Seems refs are now penalising in tha last 20m line mostly but in general play they have gone soft. Pity as some teams are now taking advantage.

I couldn’t care less who won tonight BUT I am so friggen sick of referee interference in our game. NO WAY Cherry-Evans knocked on but ref calls it, Newcastle feed and then Newcastle try. Another game decided by refs. It happens every single week. We’ve been pissed on by refs twice in 7 games. Not good enough. I’m with Toovey - there needs to be an investigation!!!! Maybe I’m with Bob Fulton and we need a cement truck!!!!

If you can't handle officials making errors I suggest you give up watching sports. Its happened since day dot and will continue to happen.

Perhaps reading books might be a good change of pace.

There is no other game where officials influence results as much as they do in NRL

Spot on with your last comment. It is a lottery. Two identical incidents in one game to the next and the refs will come up with 2 different decisions nearly every time. Results are manipulated in the NRL I firmly believe that. Gives us "the most even comp we've seen" every season….....Greenberg-speak.

A lot like Sironen except Sironen made some improvements at Manly.

All flash no heart. The first 4 rounds he tackled with genuine fear. I thought I was watching under 12's where you see those kids with talent but they are scared of the physical contact. Will always go for the fancy play over hard work. I cant cop him at all. Not the type GC need.
