Well done lads. The sin bin for Api was thr only chance Raiders could put points on the board. We played well but still room to improve both discipline and execution. Think we will loose Api for a few weeks and I'm not sure i like the thought of Hope replacing him. On first thought I would favour Madden as 9 and bring Latu into the interchange. I still think our attack is not the best and somewhat clunky as a team effort as against individual effort.

I've been very critical of AD as a 7 but tonight he was much improved on the areas I was concerned about. He had a great game.

Twal and Turuva super human efforts.

Need to get off tackles quickly. Klein really wants to give six agains to even out the game. He loves close games.

Absolute joke of a referee. Always tries to even it up and create drama at the end. There is a reason that players get frustrated and get into scuffles when he is refereeing. You don't see it happening as much when other referees are in charge.

Hope is not first grade standard, as you say Madden should be 9 if Api is out.

Was the panic here when we were down 12 men warranted?

I think too often a win seems to prevent any warranted constructive criticism.

If we wish to be there at the pointy end of the season we need to be much better in areas of the game than we were tonight.

Having said that we came back well in the second half, very happy with the win and 2 points in the bank.

Absolutely. To be fair, though, Tito & Sammy aren't hard to find when there's a bit of aggro.

Thats a good win. Canberra were up for that and were physical for the full 80 minutes. We did very well to match their physical side and get over the top of them.

It was a good win and one that we needed. We dropped a game against a weakened opponent last week so needed to get the win against the weakened raiders this week. We are starting to get our own injuries and suspensions now and will start playing away so bagging 2 points was important.

Douhie had a good game but still has room for improvement. Luai had a good second half. He’s really good when he plays straight. Luke L best for us. Our forward pack as always was so good.

Pleased for a ten day rest up now. We need it. Then three games until the bye. If we can win 2 out of our next 3 games we will be 7-3 heading into our bye and on track for finals.
