Round 9- Magic Round *SPOILERS

Something many probably don't know was no sides were warming up on the surface and they had many people inspecting surface at both games we watched

Yeah I see @innsaneink point Manly lost a home game , Penrith lost a home game , Titans lost a home game ,Bulldogs lost a home game

Manly faired best climbed 2 spots despite losing by 16

Penrith lost an away game it was our home match

Wonder if the NRL has the foresight to make this years “away” teams take a “home” game to magic round next year.

Will the same clubs and their members get one less game next year?

Couple of other questions:
- what revenue did the home teams get for taking a game up there?
- why aren’t the away teams forced to sacrifice a home game? They should be forced to take the additional game to a regional area to grow the game and engage country fans

We lost to panthers at penrith,the game we lost at ctown was against the dogs.The only home game we have lost all year was at ctown,coincidently our record against the dogs there is below 33%

Obviously Suncorp must hold 60,000.

In actual fact it is what? 45,000.

Because if the Tigers had 35,000 there was an awful lot of empty seats - looked a lot more than 10,000.

@Russell

From memory I remember a similar situation happened during a double header last year and it was obviously the earlier 6pm game was still fairly empty.

They either take the attendance from the 2nd game or number of tickets sold which is basically the same thing I guess.
