Lawrence should be no where but in state cup. I've officially over him. I can't keep making excuses for him. He's an absolute flop.

Defensive liability. Runs out of the line giving the opposition an unobstructed angled run for the line (x2 vs Storm); drifts infield leaving his winger to defend two or three on ones (x1 vs Dragons); can't move laterally (x1 vs Dragons); lacks pace and will not turn and chase (x1 vs Storm).
Offensive liability. Drops ball near own line leading to a try for the opposition (x1 vs Dragons); and drops ball over opposition's line butchering certain try (x1 vs Dragons).
Had been touted as a future captain pre-injury, sadly now must be moved on ASAP.

Cost us 14 points today and you can make an argument for that being 18 points.
His decision to come in when not needed cost us the first try. Then he drops the ball over the line costing us a try . Then he drops the ball cold giving saints possession where they score….14 points. Saints last try was a terrible team effort but Lawrence's effort at the end was SAD. Thats a possible 18 points that can be argued would not have gone against us if another centre was in his place.

Yeah Lawry appears to be out of confidence right now. The effort is there but I don't know if it's him second guessing himself because of his confidence but he's just making the wrong decision more often than not. I felt so sorry for him with that spilt ball on the try, could've been the catalyst to a form turn around too.

he looks devastated… i feel like he is at the stage where he wants to go to potter and tell him to drop him.
I'm not sure Potter will be prepared to drop one of his most experienced players when we are already choc full of young kids with little NRL experience. I'm not saying he deserves to be there, I just don't see Potter punting him at this time - not until we get some troops back.
Mick Potter needs to drop Rowdy now and move Moltzen to the halves and put teddy to fb from this week.I cannot for the life of me understand how any supporter or Potter himself can continue to support Rowdys selection in the top grade any longer!!! :bash :deadhorse: :wtf :crazy :brick: He cost the team against Storm and Dragons that a possible 2 wins!!!!
