Roycey's adjustments last night

Another masterpiece from our defensive guru last night.

As the team crumbled, he:

A: stayed calm, took notice of what was going wrong, adjusted his tactics, used his position in the box to see the field and tactically respond like an NFL defensive coordinator.

OR
\
\
B: sat puzzled, put his head in his hands over and over, didnt respond, had body language all night that basically screamed 'hope they don't reach 70'.

Video sessions are going to be great…all the young blokes watching Royce collapse, groan, place his head in his hands, look defeated etc...

Great way to build confidence in them Royce.

Sitting with his head in his hands was a disgrace. Just looked like amature hour. The guy is a has been, or never was been. The only club in the world he would get a gig at is us. Thanks Tim!

Bit unfair to just single out Royce IMO. It would seem that Potter cannot motivate the team, they lack confidence, playing as individuals not as a team.

They don't look fit, equally not only is our defence rubbish our attack is just as bad.

So to me, we have players playing who are not first grade standard, we have really average assistant coaches and equally poor fitness coach.

Potter is the head coach and that is where the blame should lie if there is a coaching issue. As for Royce - I like the guy.

Royce and Potter both though aren't the ones missing one on one tackles up the middle.

Not the ones missing tackles? Mate, we have had the worst left side D all season…no matter which players go in there, the left side D has been atrocious.

Ten rounds in...it is the coach's' jobs to fix those things. A is what they get paid to do. Ten rounds in and no adjustments or improvement.

I feel for Roycey, I really do. A great guy but he doesn't appear the guy for his job does he. I thought that a terrible and perhaps telling image last night. His heart is in it but is he under the pump from the powers that be? I bloody hope so.

yeah he can't motivate the team. That's why they put another 38 points on us in the 2nd half. oh wait, NO THEY DIDNT. It was 16-6 in the 2nd half; our defense tightened up and our attack intensified.

Get rid of this stupid divided board and royce and we are on our way to recovery.
