I'm sure Rua will be advised of what's needed from him and put in the work to address it. Guys a class player and been earmarked for some time. He looks the goods but as we all have seen, has a few things to work on it.

Needs to control his cardio as he writes himself off and can't finish the game.
Also doesn't like the pass.

Otherwise he looks a very solid prospect.

A #9 that doesn't like to pass, that could be a problem.

All these things come down to how they’re handled. The current approach to Dillon is fine so long as someone has mapped out a plan and the kid understands it. So long as someone has said something like “We think you’ve got NRL potential. There’s a few things to iron out and we’ll do that slowly through the grades. Stick with it, do the work and the rewards will come.”
