Seems to be confirmed on Twitter by Mayer.

Rudolph is no huge loss, he's decent and a good goal kicker but he wouldn't' be near the top of our young talents coming through.

Armstrong was with Balmain SG Ball right? He had very good wraps on him as a handy, hard working and powerful back row/5/8/centre so I would have liked him to get an extra year or two in the system to see if he can make the step up. But we do have lots of competition for places at all grades, which is a good thing!

Yeah Rudolph isn't such a surprise. Real talented but I do know the coaches wanted more from him in his time here. Armstrong though is a surprise. A lot of untapped potential in him. However to be fair on the club, Rhys would've had plenty of competition for him position in the next couple of years. Perhaps Manly have a clearer path for him to negotiate??

Rudolph wanted out at the start of the year but we wouldn't grant the release.

Armstrong is a useful player. Still young. Let him take the bigger offer for NYC contracts and try to snap him up if he progresses at the end of that contract

Armstrong is headed to Manly and Rudolph was rumoured to Newcastle, don't know if that's what the latest rumours are though.

Yeah I think the Wests tigers have big hopes of Marion Seve the Australian schoolboy coming from Keebra park next year.Kid really does look the goods.

I like Armstrong, but he has a long way to go before he makes the big time. He may make it, but as you say can't keep them all.
I quite like Rudolph in the NYC but feel he is just shy of the next level.
He may play a few NRL games but can't see him being a career NRL player.
I hope he proves me wrong, he seems like a terrific fellow and I would love to see him succeed.

Rudolph has about three offers on the Table & one is from the Tigers, i think the other two are from the Knights & Rabbits, Dont think he is keen on Payten which makes it hard.

Watched the NYC final last Sunday, Rudolph looks like a young Ben Roberts. Nice footwork, classy hands and kicking but not overly impressive. Would be a great touch footy player but I didn't see much to suggest first grade beckons.

Yes he is a great touch footy player and has represented NZ!
As for League, I guess Rudolph is lucky then that the Tigers and other clubs do see FG quality in him that you don't quite see!
