I heard a story that poor old Bill was cleaned up by big Charlie Frith from Souths one game and didn’t move for a while!Bill Cloughessy played for Balmain coming off the bench against Manly at Brookie,a no nonesense prop who was fairly limited in ability but would never let you down.
