Parramatta...the spiritual home off the Sydney tigers.
30 years ago they left LO because their fans weren't local anymore so they moved to where they were.
That was the selling point.

Roy Masters very nearly lured Choppy Close to Wests back in his heyday. Apparently Close reneged at the last moment. What a buy he would have been. Very close to equal to Meninga going to Canberra I reckon.

I've never heard that ....would of been a good pickup
