Rugby League Trivia

Which current NRL side had the longest wait to make it's first finals series? bonus point how long was the wait

Penrith is correct, 28 years.

Milky Cronulla played in 2 GFs in their first 11 seasons. Yet to win one though

What is the biggest two week combined point loss of any NSWRL side in history

(Hint it is monstrous)

Im guessing it is likely against the Doggies in 35, and be more than 150….

155 I'll guess (and will then check the net cause i want to know )

Right year , right club ,just missed with the total Goose

Couldn't have happened to a nicer club in my opinion

Well I know they lost 91-6 in one game and possibly 87-7 against the Roosters? So what's that 176?

Points loss so 165….

The 2 biggest losses ever occurred in consecutive weeks.

Incredibly they won the comp a couple years later

They won in 38 right? And 42 but nothing until 1980 I think. The most points in one game for one player was in the Roosters game. Did Mal beat that?

The record was 45 by Dave Brown from memory

A couple of blokes have 38 I think including Mal

The two sides that beat the Dogs averaged a try every 4 minutes 😱pen_mouth:

And we complain about the :sign: defence
