Rule Changes

Off topic a little but a rule I would like scraped is double movement. I would just prefer if you can reach then you can score regardless.

But the tackle has to be completed at some point….when do defenders stop defending?

Removing ''when the arm carrying the ball touches the ground'' from the rule
would make it greyer than ever and cause more confusion

I think double mvt should be ruled by the on field referee. He decides when the tackle is completed not the video ref watching it at 10 milliseconds per minute

I'd like to see the" conventional or traditional round the legs, aim for ball type " tackles rewarded as a way of removing the wrestle. Reward defenders who make these types by giving them more time to release from the tackle and get to marker.
Video referee can only be used via captains challenge, max 2 per game per side. Put more emphasis on referees and touch judges to do what they're meant to do.
5 minute sin bin return.

With Rparto on the leg tackles.

Scrap the second referee, and while it's not really a rule change as such, no replays should be played at the ground.

i think people have covered most things in terms of issues round the ruck, scrums, video refs and interchanges.

i'd like to see the end of golden point, it's become a useless fieldgoal-athon. nothing wrong with a draw.
