Rumour - Daniel Mortimer to WT

Haven't seen him offer more then Humble since his debut year to be honest. And I think Humble offers more versatility. But there's rumours of Humble leaving doing the rounds so who knows.

He looks good in nsw cup but obviously cant cut first grade with roosters despite a fairy tale 2009 with parramatta.

He could be a stable combination with marshall if WT were unable to score a big name for 2013\. Anasta may slot into that role.

.Mortimer >>>>>>>>Moltzen

Still doesnt mean we need him. I actually feel sorry for him. He arrived with so much hype that he didnt ask for due to Parra's golden run that year and his dad. Has struggled to live up to the hype. He is a tough little Rooster and runs the ball well.

I'll disagree with you on that one. Mortimer is rubbish - moreso than Moltzen.

It is _possible_ that Moltzen has more talent & ability than Mortimer, but Mortimer has a massive crack at it which is more than can be said for Moltzen who just looks scared. To be honest I dont rate either of them as the future of the Tigers spine but in any comparison I'll always favour the guy that has a go.

Don't know if I'd want him here, but I definitely want to see him back in the NRL. He is such a talented player who is being wasted in NSW Cup.

If we all posted half arse rumours we heard off "another website", we would all be necking ourselves.

So lets just not do that.

After spending 2012 in the '20s and being part of the premiership winning team and with an off season to build up more size and work on defence, I'm hoping Milky Miller gets another shot.

I have an idea

Instead of buying a 7 lets try and turn someone into a 7

We've never tried that before 😱pen_mouth:

Lets just hope the powers that may be can convince Miller to stay at the club and give him a proper shot at the role

And also hope that Benji and Robbie can swallow their pride and try harder to accomodate him and let Miller do his thing

Mortimer is playing were he should be premier league … No thanks not NRL quality.

I don't see how we could be rumored to be signing players when we don't have a coach for next year. The new coach who ever that may be might not want a bar of Mortimer. Ah the off season is upon us.

That is the smartest solution, but we rarely go down that road, maybe now Sheens isn't calling the shots this will happen.

Didnt we have his younger brother playing somewhere in our junior system, who was touted as the pick of the litter???Have not heard a word about him but I seem to remember a small article on him about a year or so ago, he was still at school in Bathurst at the time
