I just heard he is inn trouble cause he grabbed a woman in a place she didn't want him to grab, not so bad but he shouldn't have done it anyway

Not so bad? How is it _not so bad_? It's disgusting and neanderthalic.
Can't believe I have just read this.

Neither can I. I think you would be singing a different tune if that were your sister/wife/girlfriend/niece/etc Westy…

Hard to make a call without actually being there…**a lot of women that hang around clubs, pubs etc these days are basically unpaid prostitutes with the way they conduct themselves**. Maybe she saw a famous bloke and thought she would have a go at the groupie thing, who knows.

The one thing that is for certain is that Ferguson and Dugan are unchallenged as the 2 biggest gooses in the NRL...infants in men's bodies.

Jesus! Way to disparage half the human race! Nice work :unamused:

Who cares. Just another scrub player with all the talent in the world wasting it because he's lacking a brain.

More worried about my own backyard at the moment.

Make all 1st graders have a job like the old days , 40 hour week jobs right across the board so no one is disadvantaged bring the pay right down and back to reality . The problem is these guys have been signed from a young age and don't value the dollar and have do idea how hard it is for the average person to survive this day and age , don't make it a full time thing the NRL for the players that way no club is disadvantaged more than any other , these players are an embarrassment to the game we love so much.

Won't be stood down. Ben teo much much worse allegation and still played. Until charge by police he is innocent. Fergo will be playing next Wednesday night.

Teo doesn't have prior form for stupidity Ferguson does

Irrelevant, if the NRL are looking for consistency then ferguson must be able to play unless proven guilty

I won't say I told you so The NRL has drawn a line in the sand and the integrity commission won't miss anymore

Ferguson was already on a last chance

Was is it with Canberra ?? Too cold and boring so you have to do stupid crap to keep you warm and entertained ??

I don't agree with the thoughts that he should be babysat or they shouldn't have gone out. Its no one else's fault of what happened bar Blake Ferguson. Dugan could behave himself being out and having a drink. These are two grown men. Responsibility for their own actions is on them and them alone.

In saying that, I've heard that allegedly Ferguson grabbed the backside of a girl and he allegedly got slapped in return. I've got no idea if they were dancing or drinking at a bar or what happened after that. But that is what is believed to have happened.

He has lost his Origin spot as obviously a player facing charges can't properly prepare for an Origin game. He may have played his only Origin game. Who takes his spot? I don't know. Merritt is poor defensively and may get found out but probably deserves a chance to show us otherwise. Uate is an option but he's had some errors that have hurt the Blues before. The smokey would be Taufua from Manly who has been very strong.

I know personal responsibility is the most important thing but, seriously, NO ONE from the NSW management saw this coming? No one contacted the two of them after the team was announced and instructed them to avoid something like this? When prior form is involved, sometimes you do have to treat certain players like children. Or pets. Sometimes, you do have to protect them from themselves.

How did you "tell me so"? He was formally charged by the police which throws everything both of us said out the window. My view on the situation was based on the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

That's irrelevant FTB, they are still entitled to reject unwanted attention.

Again, removal or personal responsibility… All a part of the zeitgeist...

Canberra rednecks at it again…

For any one that has never been to Canberra, it is one cold depresing place.
80% of the people in town work for the government.

I went there for a wedding last year,
Everyone either wears;
1) Suits
2) Trackies and uggboots.

Not many friendly faces either.

In the streets that is,
Every one had suits at the wedding.

But went to dinner / shopping malls / etc

Suits & full bogan attire.

Apparently (not saying it's true) he groped a woman in the club.

Don't get me wrong, if it was unwanted then he doesn't deserve any respect and should be stood down immediately, but the way people 'dance' in clubs these days is basically exactly that. If all he was doing was following her lead and having a good time and then she realised he was 'famous' and could exploit him then it's a very different scenario.

I don't know what clubs you go to, but I've never seen groping somebody being a popular dance move.

I don't go clubbing anymore for this exact reason. Clubs are absolutely filthy and much more than groping happens.

O

Way to stereotype Derp. I didn't enjoy the year I lived in Canberra, but that was moreso because I spent the whole time working night shift pretty much seven days a week and I did have leave I came home to see family and friends, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy what the capital had to offer.

I know that when I was swimming at the AIS, we did regular tours, and kostya tszyu always said that he loved training in Canberra, because there was nothing else to do!

Obviously there is some things to do, but I've never been a fan of my trips to Canberra.
