Rumour re Forwards

I don't generally get into rumours, as in 90% of times they are wrong, but as this one is a bit more worrying than normal, I am just wondering if any one has heard anything about one of our better first grade forwards going to Manly next year. I heard it on Radio earlier this week, but the bloke that was talking about it sounded like he was on his way home from the Pub.
More importantly , I was told the same thing thing about two weeks ago, from someone who is involved at Manly, and he is someone that I have known for years and never says much about internal stuff at the club . I have no idea if it's true or not , but does anyone else
Have any info on the subject.?

He didn't know , that was the worrying bit

I truly believe the players have had enough of JT despite them coming out in the media saying

" we are buying into Taylor's methods" :blah :blah :blah :blah

They've already signed Myles and possibly Bird for next year. Although nothing would surprise me.

The positive thing for these players is that by telling the media this nonsense they are assured that they won't be dropped from first grade in the near future.

That is the reason they are saying it i reckon and Halatau saying it this week is probably hoping to be signed for next year.

Hope its not big Marty looks like he is not very happy at the moment.
Hopefully I am wrong and we sign him on a long deal..
Cannot lose this fella…..

Woods was a manly fan growing up.
There has been rumours in the past.
Old news stuff.

The fans feel about Marty Taupau how they felt about Austin last year but at a much higher level of appreciation and admiration.
We as fans should be paranoid of him leaving.

HOWEVER,the powers that be should be doing everything in their power to keep him happy and with us because he's the man that will take us into the future.

Not sure how you can have an opinion without knowing the facts about this issue. If the players or the coach came out and said that is what is happening, then go right ahead. But just to dump on someone without any evidence is just childish.

Just read Dene's quote in the article on him being Captain this week - and he does indeed say he believes in what Taylor is doing… and TT mentions Keith said something similar. I probably shouldn't make comment after being out of the loop for a while!

But even so, I'm not hearing the same sort of player support as we were earlier in the season.
