Sheens recommended the demise of Maguire, he states it himself. Not to mention countless other interviews where he referenced fitting a square peg into a round hole when talking about Madge.

Its not worth getting into though as I actually think that was one good thing Sheens did, Madge had to go. However what Sheens did after that decision is horrendous.

Dear oh dear. Technicality clutching if ever I've seen it. No idea why your defending Sheens in regards to sacking Madge. It's obvious he did and it was the right decision.

4.Ben Hornby

All 4 have more experience and exposure to coaching at different levels that are current ineffective Coach.

The point is that you amongst others don’t understand how how little control the CEO and HC actually have over their own destiny.
If Sheens was responsible for his subordinates he would not be recommending anything, he would be saying “I’m sacking him do you have any objections.

I think there is a veil of secrecy surrounding how this club operates. For example I see a lot of posters accusing Tim Sheens of sacking Maguire. Sheens was following orders from the board.
I and others have been banging on about this for a few years now. The real problem is the decision makers who refuse to accept responsibility for their decisions, and are quite happy for others to take the heat.
