Then the coach needs to drop those players responsible,or coach them better,he has proven in the past,he will do neither.
 
I felt sorry for Sheens when he missed that tackle on the wing & when he was caught out of position 15 meteres from his winger, Blame the players who went to sleep. This happens every year the get rid of Sheens bit.
 
Can't blame the coach for players getting the fundamentals wrong. And dropping players? Meh… What's that going to do?

A player might drop down and play park football against weak opposition, how is that supposed to teach him a lesson? There's not rise up to the challenge, just an easy weekend of football. Further, who would really replace these dropped players... those park footballers? 20 year olds? We will sink even lower.

It's up to the players to put what;s taught at training on the paddock.

I'm think the solution is a new captain. And it ain't Marshall or Farah. Someone who will enforce the coaches instructions.

We are lacking a leader, not skills.

Yet ANOTHER FINE PLAYER Sheens let go!!! 22 YEARS OLD,,3 YEARS AT THE TIGERS and Sheens didnt rate him and never spoke to him!!! And Tim when you join the Bowling Club take that Recruitment bloke with ya McDONELL!!! JOKE!!!!!!

Not sheens fault we went to sleep, we should have won 31-6\. Parra played well in the last 15 but we played terrible and made them look good. Take the win, 2 in a row and 3 after next week.

Probably not, but I reckon quite a few would find a new edge to their game under a new coach

10 years is too long, same old rubbish year after freekin year

Clockin off is a mental problem…..who will fix tthis for the players so it doesnt happen a third fourth fifth time...if its not the coaches fault, who's is it and who fixes it?
Players just fix it themselves???
So whj\y the need for a coach?

I'll give sheens the year to turn the teams form around before I make judgement. Hard to blame him for the collapse though.

On a side note, what has happened to bug (sorry if this has been brought up before, as I don't read all threads religiously)? Has he joined Anderson silva and Ron burgundy?
