Samuela Fainu 12 weeks - spoke about on the pod how this innocuous foot mechanisms are often worst case. Potentially its a jones/lisfranc fracture, maybe even navicular. There’s a few bones with poor blood supply in the foot that take ages to heal

How has Robert’s been going ?

He has only played two Jersey Flegg games and one NSW Cup game so far this season due to an injury in the early part of the season.
He’s an imposing figure with his height, size and has good athleticism and skill for someone of his size.
He’s improved with each game this season and has become a realistic option to play NRL sometime soon due to Samuela’s long term injury.
In my opinion young Ethan just needs to work on and focus on running the ball and defending with a little more intent and if he starts to show that he is an NRL player in waiting.

Hopefully it's not the same thing as Russell Packer. He was never the same after his foot injury.

You would like to think Samuela will work a lot harder and put a lot more effort into his rehab than what Russell did.
