A clutch re-signing in more ways than one. At 22 years of age, Sam can be the cornerstone of our pack for years to come.
A quick analysis of the age of our forwards reveals that Api, Twally, Tyson Frizell, Jayden Brailey, Kurt Mann, Royce Hunt, and Bunty Afoa are all in their 30's. All of these players are seasoned first graders but we can expect at least 5 of them won't be with us in 2 years time. We need to keep our young guns like big Sam and Fonua to provide that much needed mix of experience and youth in order to remain competitive. Well done, Benji, SM and co.

Can't tell me when Moses was banned he didn't have others doing the paperwork while he was still wheeling and dealing. At the very least he was dictating to others within his agency how he needed things to go down.

Nah that’s not what I’m saying . I would assume that’s implied . What I’m saying is the commission , and either it comes out do the company or him directly . As well as I know the manager is really close to the family , so there was probably issues around him getting eyeballs on everything .

I'm a little gunshy about wrapping captains any more after having Dora walk out on us and Aloiai do the same while he was being touted as captain in waiting.

They were saying because he was the captain in his junior teams and the captain of the junior N.S.W team he was a part of.

Yeah fair enough but I would be thinking that all NRL coaches have assistants who help them with tactics. And one could argue its the 'simpler' part of coaching an NRL team compared to running the whole show and harnessing repsect from your players.

And I think Benji or any WTs coach deserve more slack because of the minimal resources allotted to him.

Also, the thing with Benji compared to other coaches is he genuially loves the club and is willing to put up with this more than other coaches would.

Anyway, I'd much prefer Samuela backing him then not.
