OFFICIAL Samuela Fainu #280

A clutch re-signing in more ways than one. At 22 years of age, Sam can be the cornerstone of our pack for years to come.
A quick analysis of the age of our forwards reveals that Api, Twally, Tyson Frizell, Jayden Brailey, Kurt Mann, Royce Hunt, and Bunty Afoa are all in their 30's. All of these players are seasoned first graders but we can expect at least 5 of them won't be with us in 2 years time. We need to keep our young guns like big Sam and Fonua to provide that much needed mix of experience and youth in order to remain competitive. Well done, Benji, SM and co.

I would have thought that he would have had gophers sorting it out for him though.

Can't tell me when Moses was banned he didn't have others doing the paperwork while he was still wheeling and dealing. At the very least he was dictating to others within his agency how he needed things to go down.
Nah that’s not what I’m saying . I would assume that’s implied . What I’m saying is the commission , and either it comes out do the company or him directly . As well as I know the manager is really close to the family , so there was probably issues around him getting eyeballs on everything .

Maybe, i just get tired of Benji saying Ive get to be better as a coach every two weeks, great man manager, tactically pretty poor in my eyes

Yeah fair enough but I would be thinking that all NRL coaches have assistants who help them with tactics. (We probably need a better one). And one could argue its the 'simpler' part of coaching an NRL team compared to running the whole show and harnessing repsect from your players.

And I think Benji or any WTs coach deserve more slack because of the minimal resources allotted to him.

Also, the thing with Benji compared to other coaches is he genuially loves the club and is willing to put up with this more than other coaches would.

Anyway, I'd much prefer Samuela backing him then not.

Thanks for the tip, will it hurt if I just slow charge it at 12psi for 5-6 days like I usually do? I normally leave in the vessel for about 9-10 days and cold crash it for 24 hours at 2°C before kegging and connecting it at 12psi.

I don't have check valves on my gas lines and worried I'll send beer back up the gas line when I reconnect the coupler.
Yeah you can carbonate as per normal,I like the 30 PSI 2day..
but try the Voss yeast, it's best for Pale Ales,IPA and XPA .if you're adding hops ferment for 4 days 🍻🐯☝️

Google it. That postcode tattoo is worn by the Coconut Cartel.

Postcode 2161 in New South Wales covers the suburbs of Guildford, Guildford West, Old Guildford, and Yennora. In recent months, this specific area has become a focal point of intense police activity linked to the "Coconut Cartel," an organized crime syndicate primarily operating in Western Sydney. [1, 2]
The connection between postcode 2161 and the gang is defined by the following events:
    • The Guildford Arson Incident: In January 2026, members of the gang filmed themselves firebombing an SUV in the driveway of a family home on Randolph Street in Guildford (2161). They left handwritten cardboard notes on the vehicle reading "Sign the contract big boy" and "PS, The Coconut Cartel". [1, 2]
    • Targeted Police Response: Following the Guildford attack, NSW Police established Strike Force Helston specifically to suppress the escalating violence, threats, and extortion attempts tied to the syndicate. This eventually led to the arrest of multiple young gang members involved in the 2161-area crimes. [1, 2]

About the Coconut Cartel

The group is a violent crime-for-hire and drug trafficking network composed largely of former members of the Western Sydney street gang KVT. They have been locked in a bloody, months-long conflict against the rival Alameddine crime family over control of Sydney's illicit drug markets. Despite their self-given name reclaiming a historic ethnic slur against Pasifika communities, police operations throughout 2026 (such as Strike Force Golporta) have severely disrupted their onshore leadership and operations

Before anyone talks rubbish saying “this is what the family are into”. Meet the entire family. You can say what you want regarding Manase as he was found guilty but the parents are wonderful people. Sam is a little rough around the edges but to say he is connected or into the Coconut Cartel is really disrespectful.
