Made the big trip from 2560 to 2040 today. Was well worth it. Just got home. What a great place to play rugby league. I was raised a ctown magpie but oh man how awesome is Leichardt? Love it. Like having a rich inlaw with an awesome holiday house.
To my Balmain hipster step brothers…. Please make the trip down to Ctown next week. Leichardt is awesome. But so is Campbelltown if you put the effort in. We haven't got the years of tradition that LO has down in Leumeah but once you're there you're still close to the action and you can still stand up with the punters on the hill. Unleash the flanno westie in you and get down there and shout WT home against the Cowboys.
Who here remembers the last time Patty Richards played the Cowboys at Ctown. He hit one off the goalposts on a kickoff that bounced back for skando to score the try that sent us into the finals. 22,000 people were there an amazing day.
Good times are here again, don't miss a thing... play your part.
