Can someone help me fill in the blanks. Who was on the selection panel? The coach? The Wests Tigers board? HBG?

The board would weight in apparently on team selections the way I interpret it and that's like when the coach had to go cap in hand to sign a player and if the board didn't like the player no way

Like when Sheen's wanted to sign Big Willie and the board said No or as I like to say .... Computer Says No .... Some of you will get that hahaha


Remember after the board say no Big Willie's here .....he had a great run of form and the Tigers missed out
