Seriously, How Do We Get Out of This Unwholly Mess?

The Wests Tigers are in a deep hole and probably the biggest mess I've ever seen. How can a club with so many issues, some of which are probably insurmountable, hope to survive?
These are the problems I can think of. Probably forgot a few:

*Clear rift in player ranks with some players, i.e. Douehi appearing to have too much influence
*Marquee players allowed to leave or appearing to agitate for release on a regular basis
*Mainly dire results since Round 8 including 3 50+ margins and a 62 nil shocker
*Massive fall in performance by virtually all players, many seeming as if they've given up or simply don't care
*Overall regression in quality of play, despite the return of most injured players
*Lack of effective offensive or defensive structures. The team look uncoached
*Inconsistent selection policy with poorly performing players persisted with
*Coach, who is clearly struggling, is signed for further 4 years and given all power to do as he pleases
*Numerous young players blooded and persevered with when they are not ready for NRL
*Club's inability to develop young players
*Puzzling selection policy in lower grades with star prospects demoted or played out of position
*Dysfunctional board who appear to only be concerned with the financial coffers
*Club's penchant for turmoil and chaos constantly makes the club a laughing stock
*All of the above makes it difficult to secure quality players on the open market
*Virtually the same playing roster taking the field next year

The question is - what can be done and where do you start? To be honest, I find it quite difficult to see a way out.

Need experienced assistants and Benji needs to back himself to be good enough as head coach to not get shafted with experience around him. He can go with the 05 crew that he trusts and continue heading down the shit shute or hire experience. Richards as GM of football is as mad as Heighno and Hodgo being in the coaching ranks.

Stop it and get with the times. I can’t think of any other club that has this set up. Perhaps there’s a solid reason for their approach.

I recognise coaching is part of it, but we have been losers for 95% of our existence. Coaches have come and gone, players have come and gone and we keep finding ourselves in the same place.

Year to year it changes: blame the coach, sack the coach, blame the backline, replace the backline, following year its the forward pack, then its the coach again. Its an amateurish, weak organisation in an age of professionalism, where players and coaches alike don't fulfil potential.

So what have been the constants over our clubs lifespan?

Problems are easy to identify, the only bloke who seemed to have some solutions was forced out of the club. I think the coaching staff was maybe an attempt at addressing the identity side of things, which looks to have failed miserably.

Probably because we have an "inbred management" ownership system.Different thoughts and new ideas are not only discouraged but actively stamped on with a banning of the member.Not very encouraging is it.
